Return Process

  Locate your order number and email address to start the process through our online returns portal or visit any Ten Thousand Villages retail location.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that fragile home decor and handmade goods are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned artisan goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
